Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policy

By accessing or using medicaretest1.com (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the use of our website, or any services provided by MedicareTest1 (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

This policy is a waiver of your right to bring disputes to court, including the right to a jury trial.

4. Severability

  • That specific provision will be removed, and

  • The remainder of the policy will continue to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law

Your agreement to arbitration remains valid even if a clause is severed.

5. Acknowledgment

By using this website or our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You voluntarily waive the right to pursue claims in court
